We offer IPTV subscriptions with the following terms: 1 Connection = 1 Device. You cannot use more than one device per connection. Any attempt to use multiple devices simultaneously will lead to service disruptions. Continuous attempts to access more than one device at the same time may result in permanent termination of your subscription.
Freezing, buffering, and content not working are common issues with IPTV services globally, so you may encounter these problems. Channels and VOD content in any package are subject to updates, changes, or removal at any time without prior notice. We provide support to our IPTV resellers for any panel-related issues. Subscription credentials are typically sent to the client’s registered email within one business day after payment is received. It is the client’s responsibility to understand how IPTV works and its inherent nature.
Please note that we perform maintenance on our servers periodically, and this can occur at any time without a specific time frame.
Service Cancellation
You are not required to inform us if you decide to cancel your subscription or place it on hold.
If you choose to suspend your subscription, your service will cease once the current subscription duration ends. No payment is necessary to cancel or pause your subscription.
Subscriptions
HONEY BEE IPTV guarantees that all TV subscription codes purchased from our website will be activated for the agreed period. If you encounter any issues with our servers or experience content outages, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the problems. HONEY BEE IPTV does not sell IPTV boxes; it is the client’s responsibility to acquire their own device if needed.
If you change your mind after purchasing a subscription and wish to modify your plan (such as adding extra time or connections), you can contact us within 5 days of your purchase for assistance.
Payment
Payments are processed through Credit/Debit cards, Interac e-Transfer (Canada), and Bitcoin gateways. There are various reasons why a payment may fail. Please reach out to us if you require a detailed explanation regarding any payment failures. For inquiries related to billing or support, please contact us through the client portal on our website.
By accessing or using our service, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access any portion of our service. HONEY BEE IPTV reserves the right to cancel any payment if it is determined to be unpaid.
