7 Day Refund of Initial Purchase Policy
At HONEY BEE IPTV, we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have any technical or sales inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us. We offer refunds when certain conditions are met. First, we will do everything possible to help you resolve your issue. If we are unable to fix your problem, we can offer you a refund within 7 days of your purchase.
However, we will not provide a refund if you simply change your mind about our subscription. We highly recommend purchasing a 36 HR trial first before committing to a full subscription to ensure our service meets your needs. Additionally, we welcome your feedback to understand what went wrong and how we can improve.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for our 36 HR trials. Refunds are also not available for automatic recurring payments. If you wish to disable automatic payments, you can submit a cancellation request through your account or remove your credit card information.
